These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LexStud (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use LexStud.
“LexStud”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the LexStud website and services. Contact: /contact.php
You must be old enough to legally consent to online services in your country to use LexStud. If you are under that age, a parent/legal guardian must consent and be responsible for your use. In Greece, the relevant age threshold for consent to online services is commonly treated as 15. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
LexStud provides learning tools such as spaced repetition (SRS), quizzes/games, and community features (including chat). We do not guarantee learning outcomes, accuracy of content, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will always be available.
You agree not to do any of the following:
LexStud may allow you to post or upload content (messages, posts, images, comments, profile text, etc.) (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.
We may (but are not required to) moderate, remove, restrict, or review User Content to protect the community, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or prevent abuse.
You keep ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant LexStud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service (including moderation and safety).
If you delete content, copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited time, or as required for legal/security reasons.
LexStud’s design, code, branding, and our learning content (except User Content) are owned by LexStud or licensed to us. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service.
LexStud may offer paid features (subscriptions, premium tiers, digital goods like points/credits). If you buy something, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes/fees. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law or explicitly stated at checkout.
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (payments, analytics, social platforms). Those third parties have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Your use of LexStud is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t have one yet, create it immediately—especially if you run accounts, community, and chat. (Add a link here once it exists.)
We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or harmed other users or the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexStud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and indemnify LexStud against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts in Greece will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Note: This document is a practical template, not legal advice. If you add payments, minors, or moderation workflows at scale, have a lawyer review it.
